Course 1: Smoked Salmon Roulade with King Crab and Green Apple

A Silky smoked salmon roulade filled with sweet king crab and crisp green apple, drizzled with vibrant orange reduction and finished with gold dust. Topped with Caspian caviar for opulence and garnished with fresh herbs for a refreshing contrast.

Course 2:  Dry Aged Truffle Beef Carpaccio

Parmigiano, rocket lettuce, Seasonal truffle.

Course 3: Lobster Ravioli with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

The Golden handmade ravioli filled with sweet lobster, served with sun-dried tomato pesto, fresh rocket salad, and a tarragon-infused bisque. Finished with creamy truffle sauce and a sprinkle of herb salad for aromatic contrast.

Course 4: USDA Prime Tenderloin with Spiny Lobster Tail

USDA Prime Tenderloin, spiny lobster tail, Apache sauce, fresh herbs garnish.
