The Visionary Pioneer Behind Reef and Beef
Mansur Basam, the mastermind behind Reef and Beef, is a visionary entrepreneur driven by passion and excellence. Beginning his journey in the steak restaurant industry with an internship in Germany, he launched his first luxury restaurant in 2008. By blending two culinary concepts, he created Reef and Beef, first in Düsseldorf and Cologne, and now in Dubai. His philosophy? Good is bad, very good is okay, excellence is our duty.
